You can use this function if, for example, you are not available at home during the day and you would like to have the products delivered to your workplace.
What security does Medsportiv offer regarding my personal data?

How can I place an order?
Shopping online at Medsportiv is fast, convenient and secure. And this is how it works:
1) Select products and add them to the shopping cart.
Please select the desired items and add them to your shopping cart. As soon as you have added a product to the shopping cart, the newly added products will be displayed in the shopping cart display. The shopping cart display is located on all store pages on the top left. So you can always see which items are already in your shopping cart. The total price of all selected products is also displayed here.
All products that are in the shopping cart, you can of course remove again or change the number. The products you have selected do not obligate you in any way to purchase. You can now continue shopping and select more products from the menu.
2) Proceed to checkout and complete the order.
After entering your email address, you can now enter billing and shipping address and your payment details in our data form. When you have finished filling out the form, confirm your acceptance of the terms and conditions and simply click on 'Submit Order'.
Now your order and your data will be transferred to Medsportiv. You can also send your order by fax or letter.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity.
How can I correct my order after I have sent it?
In case of prepayment this is possible without any problems, otherwise unfortunately only conditionally. If you need to correct your order, just call our hotline at 02405 42608 0. We will then make the correction as long as your shipment has not yet been sent.
Can I cancel my order?

Will I be informed about the status of the order?

Yes, of course. You can reach us from Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 13.00 by phone at +49 (0) 2405 42608 0 and by fax at +49 (0) 2405 42608 34.
To which countries does Medsportiv deliver?
In our online store you can place orders for Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark and Switzerland. If your country is not listed in the order process, please simply send us your order by e-mail and/or ask for the shipping costs that apply to you.
How fast will my order be delivered in Germany?
Orders with prepayment will be shipped immediately after receipt of money. In case of direct debit, instant bank transfer or invoice, the goods will be shipped on the same day as the order, provided that the order is received by 14:00, otherwise the goods will be shipped the next day.
What can I do if I am not at home when the goods are delivered?
If the delivery driver does not meet anyone, you will receive a notification card. You can then use this card to arrange another delivery appointment. Alternatively, you can pick up the goods in person at the relevant post office within the following 7 days.
If you are often away from home, you can ensure that the goods are left on your doorstep or with a neighbor in your absence by signing once at your responsible post office. This will then automatically apply to all subsequent deliveries. Alternatively, you can also select a different delivery address, e.g. your workplace, when entering your personal data.
Can I have the order sent to me on a desired date?
Unfortunately, at the moment it is not possible to arrange fixed delivery times for orders.
